Free, anonymous online mental health support Kooth is available for 11-16 year olds & Qwell for Parents & Carers in South Ayrshire.
We know young people & parents often reach out to Teachers & other school staff- to speak to them about issues that affect their mental health and wellbeing. We also know that teachers and school staff are often one of the first people to notice when a young person is facing difficulties.
That’ s why we want to make sure all school staff are aware of Kooth & Qwell and have access to our free resources, so you can confidently signpost pupils to the service.
