Managing study and exam stress
Study and exam season can be a difficult time for young people. Exams bring a lot of pressure and it can be normal to feel stressed or worried at this time. However, it can also bring feelings of overwhelm, burnout, anxiety and depression.
As part of the Let’ s Connect project, we offer a Understanding and managing study and exam stress workshop session for young people( S4-S6). This can be organised and delivered through schools or community youth groups. We also have a session for parents and carers, Supporting young people to manage exam stress, which can be booked through schools, parent groups, or community groups. Please get in touch if you would like to book a session.
You can also email for a copy of our coping strategies calendar.
YoungMinds has lots of advice and tools for young people in coping with exam stress, as well as information and tips for parents / carers, and advice and resources for school staff.
