On the 16 th November , Miss Campbell organised all S5s to have mock interviews with different people from various industries from the world of work . The interviews happened all day , with 10-minute slots for each pupil . The aim of this event was to have a practice at a job interview to see what it would be like , in order to prepare for real interviews which will be coming fairly soon as we transition

into university / college as young adults . Some of the industries included UWS Teaching , Healthcare , and the world of business . Thanks to Miss Campbell , our DYW ( Developing Young Workforce ) coordinator for organising this for us !
Troon Santa Letters !
We were delighted to be able to partner with Troon Primary again to take part in one of our favourite festive projects ! Each year the P3 students from Troon Primary write letters to Santa and our S3 Administration & IT students use their mail merge skills to write personalised letters in return … on behalf of Santa and Elves of course !
A lovely way for our students to put their learning into practice .
