S1 Science Club Fun !
Our budding S1 scientists have been enjoying a series of themed science club sessions led by our S6 Stem leaders . Our S1 pupils have had the opportunity to make spooky ectoplasm in our Halloween session as well as colourful fireworks and rockets in our November session . They also helped us solve a series of crimes in our CSI session where they matched fingerprints , identified who wrote a ransom note , completed a codebreaker and uncovered what poison had been used in a crime !
Amazing scientific skills shown by our S1 and some excellent organisation of the sessions by our S6 pupils . More sessions to come including our Christmas themed session next week where we will be dashing through the homemade snow !
We all can ’ t wait to see what our S1 scientists will do next !
