White Christmas 100g Copha, chopped 75g white cooking chocolate, chopped 1 ½ cups( 60g) Kellogg’ s Rice Bubbles ½ cup( 40g) desiccated coconut ½ cup( 55g) powdered milk ¼ cup( 35g) icing sugar mixture ½ cup( 85g) blanched almonds, roasted and chopped 85g dried mango, chopped ½ cup( 115g) red glace cherries, chopped You’ ll need 7 large waffle cones for this recipe.
Garnish Extra desiccated coconut, fresh strawberries, raspberries and cherries. Mini candy canes, meringue kisses, white mini marshmallows and white chocolate stars.
