Step 7 Place the tray in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until you notice the colour of the vine changing and the bright green hue fading. Be careful not to overbake, as you don’ t want the vine to become too brittle. Turn off the oven and let sit in the heat for another 3 minutes.
Once you are satisfied with the colour of the vine, put on your mittens and carefully remove the tray from the oven. Allow it to cool completely.
Step 8 Once the vine has cooled, grab your 7pax cupcake bouquet display holder, and with Loyal 233 nozzle and brown buttercream, pipe some“ dirt” across your bouquet holder. This will help the vine stick to the holder.
Step 9 Place the vine on top of the bouquet holder and push gently into the buttercream.
