Step 23 Overlap the glued edges on each semicircle to form two neat loops. Gently pinch or press the overlapped ends together and secure with a small dab of Bakers Bond to hold the shape. Position both loops side by side to create the bow shape, and glue them together in the centre. Place a thin strip of fondant around the centre join of the bow. Secure with glue.
Step 24 Cut two pieces of fondant measuring 3 inches long x 1 inch wide, and two pieces measuring 5 inches long x 1 inch wide. Trim one end of each strip at an angle to create the ribbon tails. Use a small amount of Bakers Bond to join the ribbons together where they overlap.
