Halloween Disco

The S1 ' s had the opportunity to be a part of a Halloween Disco for S1 ' s and S6 ' s . This spooky event happened on Thursday the 24 th of October . The S1 ' s enjoyed being at this party and they had an amazing time . They were part of a large variety of activities like dance circles and a costume competition .
Mia won for the S1 ' s costume competition . Miss McKenzie ( Computing Science ) won the teachers prize as wearing the costume of Shrek . There was even a Choreograph dance competition and Miss Heslop ( Home Economics ) won . " The atmosphere was electric , pupils where dancing all night , staff were dancing all night and the energy was very high ." - Miss Heslop , Home Economics .
They also had snacks and juice at the party . As much as the students were ecstatic , the teachers enjoyed the night too . All the teachers dressed up in unique costumes like Miss Charles and Miss Waddell as Spiders , and Mrs Anderson and Mr Ward as Cruella DeVil and a Dalmatian . We also had Miss Lennie and Miss Roseweir as Bananas in Pyjamas . We are pleased to know that the party was enjoyable and say thank you to all the teachers who helped at the Halloween disco .
