Fill a piping bag with chocolate coloured buttercream and attach piping tip no . 79 . Squeeze out a blob of buttercream to create a “ base ” and use small strokes to create the middle of the pinecone .
Step 24
Continue to add more small strokes , pulling the buttercream from the base of the pinecone up . Keep piping until you ’ re happy with the size . Place on a plate and freeze .
Step 25 Once all florals and pinecones are frozen it ’ s time to start assembling ! Place larger flowers such as the roses first .
