Fill a piping bag with eucalyptus coloured buttercream and attach a no . 12 piping tip . Create more foliage by squeezing out a blob of buttercream and then pulling back in towards the centre where you imagine the stem of your foliage to be .
Step 9 Continue to add more of these all over the cake , focussing on areas towards the edge of the cakes so that they are not all covered completely with subsequent decorations .
Step 10 Prepare buttercream in dusk and eucalyptus colours and insert a no . s / c 10 piping tip into a piping bag . Open the bag up wide .
Step 11 With a spatula or butter knife , spread a thin layer of eucalyptus buttercream around the edge of the piping bag . Fill with dusk buttercream .
