Step 1 Step 2 Make your cookie dough and roll out to at least 6mm . Use the cookie cutters to cut out 2 of each shape to form the house walls and roof .
While your shapes are baking , colour your fondant ready for decorating . Here I ’ ve used some traditional Christmas colours by colourmill .
Step 3 Apply cornflour or oil spray to your fondant debossers to prevent sticking to the fondant . I use cornflour normally but oil spray when doing the 2 two method . If using oil , spray directly onto the stamp and then wipe away the excess with paper towel .
Step 4 Optional two toning . You can apply a second colour ( different from your base colour ) directly into the Debosser and scrape away the excess with the ultimate two tone tool . If you don ’ t wish to two tone these details can be hand painted instead .
