2022 ASCE New Hampshire / Vermont Joint Meeting Summary Thursday , November 17 , 2022 – Hotel Coolidge , White River Junction , VT

The New Hampshire and Vermont sections of ASCE held their annual joint meeting last month in White River Junction . The event was held in person for the first time since 2019 . A social hour and dinner were followed by a technical presentation by Joshua Gilman , P . E . of the Portland Cement Association ( PCA ) entitled , Roadmap to Carbon Neutrality . Mr . Gilman spoke about the cement industry ’ s goals for sustainable practices through all phases of processing , manufacturing , and construction implementation .
