The Division of Endocrine Surgery at Brown Surgical Associates is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the endocrine glands .
Travis M . Cotton , MD , FACS and Peter J . Mazzaglia , MD , FACS are fellowship-trained endocrine surgeons specializing in the surgical management of both benign and malignant diseases of the thyroid , parathyroid , adrenal , and endocrine pancreas . Both have expertise in standard and minimally invasive procedures as well as surgeon-performed thyroid and parathyroid ultrasound and ultrasound guided thyroid FNA biopsy .
Doctors Cotton and Mazzaglia are on the faculty at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University . Their goal is to provide world-class endocrine care in a convenient and compassionate manner close to where their patients live .
