Group 3 burgundy buds and tape together using white florists wire , trim the wires and attach the small cocktail stick . Do the same for the gold buds .
Step 21 Using sugar glue , glue the 3 Raffaello balls into place . You may need to use your ball tool to make an indent in the fondant first . Arrange the holly leaves around the outside .
Step 22 Add in the red and gold buds .
Step 23 Step 24 Secure small cocktail sticks to the rosemary sprigs with florist tape and place into your cake .
Scatter white sugar pearls for final decoration .
