What did you do musically through lockdown ? Did you release new music ?
Musically through lockdown I released originals , a couple with my band and few individually too . I wrote my original in Hindi for the first time . It has been a great journey !
Challenges you faced when recording your songs / making new music
I was a little rustic as I lost touch with the fundamentals . It was nice to relearn the basics , tracking your own songs and playing your ukulele . Though I proceeded with a lot of caution , I enjoyed the process and it has become easier now .
How do you think the music scene can recover from the pandemic hit ?
Indie music has grown especially during this time and a lot of new releases . Music is always going to evolve and take its own shape .
What can we look forward to from you now ?
Lots of new surprises ! More originals and a couple of film songs are yet to release . I am trying to be a part of everything that attracts me . It ’ s going to be fun for sure !

I ' ve been working on releasing my album and have just released my 3rd single , Mundane last . I ' ve also been composing a few commercial projects and writing some new material .
Challenges you faced when recording your songs / making new music .
Working virtually is something we ' ve all had to get used to . I ' ve coordinated all the final production and mixing for my new releases via email and video calls - which has its own set of challenges as well as opportunities .
How do you think the music scene can recover from the pandemic hit ?
Musicians and people in the music business need to fight to keep their share of the pie by initiating events and kickstarting demand for live shows . If we want things to go back to normal , we need to make it happen for ourselves .
What can we look forward to from you now ?
My upcoming full-length album in its entirety . It ' s been almost two years in the making and I ' ve grown so much as a musician and as a person just working on this . I can ' t wait to share it with everyone .
