Master Trainer Colin Snyder shares his
tips on helping you and your family to
have a healthy and joyous holiday season:
The holiday season is quickly
approaching and along with it comes a
much busier schedule, delicious holiday
treats as well as friends and family all
coming together. Many of us look
forward to this time of year as it is a
time to celebrate and rejoice with our
loved ones, but far too many of us also
know the struggle of
maintaining a healthy
diet and keeping that
scale from going up
around the holiday
season. In order to help
get you through this
holiday season, SCAC
will provide some
tips to help you enjoy
those delicious holiday
meals, maintain your
weight and find time to
workout.
