Master Trainer Colin Snyder shares his tips on helping you and your family to have a healthy and joyous holiday season: The holiday season is quickly approaching and along with it comes a much busier schedule, delicious holiday treats as well as friends and family all coming together. Many of us look forward to this time of year as it is a time to celebrate and rejoice with our loved ones, but far too many of us also know the struggle of maintaining a healthy diet and keeping that scale from going up around the holiday season. In order to help get you through this holiday season, SCAC will provide some tips to help you enjoy those delicious holiday meals, maintain your weight and find time to workout. chamberchatter 1.
