2014 Automechanika Frankfurt Delphi Product & Service Solutions Highlight New Aftermarket Products and Programmes 2014 Automechanika Frankfurt Delphi Product & Service Solutions (DPSS) announced that it will feature new products and services covering its steering & suspension, air conditioning, braking, diesel and petrol engine management product portfolio, as well as commercial vehicle (CV) systems. President Philippe Desnos reviewed what’s new with DPSS, as well as delivering an interactive demonstration of a Delphi OE technology-rich vehicle and its aftermarket linkages. Delphi representatives were also be on hand to discuss the latest diesel and aftermarket products, diagnostics and training, as well as to explain the enhanced level of support DPSS is providing to its customers, and the growing network of Delphi Service and Delphi Diesel Centres. Highlights at the booth included interactive touchscreens with full product portfolio dashboard; OE technologies from Delphi’s powertrain and thermal divisions; Diagnostics displays that showcase the latest technology and data for passenger and CV applications; and social media promotions with prize giveaways. Enhancing product accessibility; from print to mobile The Dana Holding Corporation used the Automechanika show to highlight its suite of aftermarket product catalogues, covering Victor Reinz, Glaser and Spicer, as well as launching new iOS apps for Victor Reinz and Glaser. For car engines alone, Victor Reinz lists 8 700 engines, including approximately 700 new engines; whilst 5 500 engines are listed for trucks, and 1 300 engines are listed for the agricultural line. The turbocharger catalogue showcases 4 400 turbocharger units, including 204 sets.
