 The IP network is provided by a VoIP service provider who routes your call via
the network to the recipient’s phone. VoIP phones support the SIP format for
transmitting multimedia file extensions like voice data and video calls through an
IP network; it is the reason these phones are also called SIP phones. Moreover,
you would be able to run every SIP based applications including video
conferencing, online gaming and streaming as well as instant messaging on
them; they come with exciting features like LCD screens, wireless network
hardware and voice mail functions and voice quality adjustments.
Analog Telephone Adapter
 this option requires that you have a couple of hardware components including
Analog Telephone Adapters (ATA), an Ethernet port, a RJ11 phone hack , your
phone and your PC. To set the system up, connect your telephone adapter to the
Ethernet port at one end and at the other end connect a RJ11 phone jack; with
the jack you can link analog phones to VoIP phones. With the Analog Telephone
System set up come all the benefits attached to a VoIP system.
