Financial Collections
The total number of Fines collected are Statutory financial obligations set by the Courts in reference to the offense. These are collected by the probation provider and submitted to the Clerk of Courts for disbursement.
The total number of Fees collected are contractual supervision fees that are collected by the probation provider for rendering services. The amount is determined by the service agreement or contract between the Governing Authority, Chief Judge, and provider.
