Successful completion is any case that ends without a revocation or in warrant status.
Unsuccessful is any case closed due to a revocation or warrant (non tolled).
The total number of Warrants by Quarter either Tolled or Non-Tolled.
Tolled Warrants are Warrants that have been submitted to the Court to have the running of the Probation Sentence stopped until the offender is returned into custody.
