A condition of registration approval is that a provider's Misdemeanor Probation staff must be in compliance with DCS Board Rule requirements. The total number of employees by quarter include all providers' Misdemeanor Probation Staff, including: Directors, 5-Year Probation Officers, Probation Officers, Administrative Staff, Interns, and Volunteers.
DCS promulgated and established DCS Rules effective February 2017. The DCS Board Rules require Quarterly Report submissions by each Probation Provider (Private and Governmental).
