Employment Success Story —
In March 2022 , the Team DCS Reentry Services Division collaborated with First Step Disability Services to host a very successful on-site hiring event .

Turnout was incredible - Of the 44 referrals made by our CSOs , 17 participants were hired immediately . Each hired candidate was issued a MARTA Card or a gas card depending on their preferred method of transportation . This is a wonderful example of the positive impact DCS Reentry Services constantly strives to make in our communities , and in this case specifically , on the unemployed population — one job offer at a time
Employment Refferals
Through continued partnership with community employers via job fairs and collaborations , there have been nearly 10,000 employment referrals and employment linkages for individuals under supervision .
