EDITORIAL
Datum is a yearly magazine, released by the Computer & Information Sciences Association.
The Magazine features articles from wide spectrum of technical knowledge written through the
combined effort of students.
The 1st version of datum was released in the year 2012 which was a huge success. It received
extraordinary feedback from students, lecturers, Alumni and various technology enthusiasts. The
Magazine was released by Mr. Sivaram Palaniswamy of greenECM Technologies.
The 2nd version was released in 2013,reached a larger group of readers by making our inital
step of releasing it on android platform as an android application by collaborating with Payoda
technologies. This Android app was released by Mr. G. Venkatakrishnan of Payoda Technologies.
