Clogging Dance for Beginners
Clogging began in the Appalachian
Mountains of Eastern Tennessee and
Western North Carolina. Learn the basic
steps and progress to at least one to
two complete dances by the end of this
six-week series. Wear smooth-soled
shoes (leather is best) to class. After
each class you are invited to stay and
watch or join in with the clogging group
that regularly meets at Gladstone from

Tai Chi/Qigong Movements for Seniors
