District 622 Community Education Adult Programs continues to collaborate with the CLASS organization (Consortium
of Lakes Area Senior Sevices) on an initiative to create more dementia friendly communities in the Northeast Metro by
changing the way people think, act, and talk about dementia. Attend one of these engaging, educational FREE or low cost
events and join a growing global movement of people helping fellow community members live with dementia!

Meals on Wheels is a neighborhood service that delivers nutritious noon-
time meals made from scratch, using locally sourced ingredients, directly to
your home. So many meal options:
• Hot meals 1–5 days /week
• Daily hot meals plus an additional cold meal delivered on Thursday and
Friday, to be reheated on the weekend
• Cold meal deliveries 1–5 days/week to be heated later in the day when
you are ready to eat
• Once a week Frozen meal delivery of 1–7 meals for you to heat during
the week.
Enjoy seeing a friendly face each day when your meal is delivered by a
volunteer. Advanced registration is required to start. Meals are affordably
