has been in existence for
over eleven years. Larry
Earp owner of Myra’s
Sandwich & Ice Cream
Shop brainstormed ways to energize business for his establishment. Through this process, Myra’s
Cruise-In was created. Every Friday Night during daylight savings
time beginning at 6 pm over 150
classic and antique cars are displayed at Myra’s and adjoining

businesses. Old streetcars, Excalibur cars, and Duesenberg cars are
just a few types that have graced
the streets of Valdese North Carolina on their way to the Cruise-In.
Myra’s Cruise-In attracts viewers
of all ages, classic car enthusiast
or not. Throughout the CruiseIn viewers can also enjoy
the live music, outstanding
food, cash drawings, and
often a visit from Elvis. So
on Fridays when you are
looking for entertainment
come stroll the streets, view
the cars, stop in for some ice
cream and enjoy the many
activities of Myra’s Cruise-In.
