Mistress Jane Grey ... sadistic elegance

A born performer , the imposing Mistress Jane Grey has used her commanding presence to good effect , as Paul Donnelly discovers ...
PD : Mistress Jane , please tell us about yourself ...
Hi Darkside , and firstly thank you for interviewing me , it ’ s a pleasure . I was born in Edinburgh and grew up in Perthshire in Scotland . Basically- imagine the Shire in Lord of the Rings , that ’ s where I grew up : very beautiful and idyllic , not a whole lot going on , and I was often taller than everyone else there . I was always interested in travel , and exploring what the world had to offer , in all kinds of ways . When I was six I wanted to be a marine biologist . That was quite short lived . By my teens , I ’ d swapped fish for theatre , and wanted to be an actor . I was a born performer , and followed that path really until about three years ago . I went to drama school , worked as an actor and director but kink has always been a part of my life in the background , and I started exploring the London scene when I moved here in 2016 .
PD : How did you get into becoming a Pro-Domme ?
I have always been super strong willed , confident , independent , and the sort of well-liked-elected-leader in group situations ; someone not afraid to take control
As an actor I was told I had a commanding presence , people were commenting on my height and looks , and then once on the Scene people assumed I was a Domme already . I actually spent a long time exploring my submissive side , but was always an Alpha sub , and found more joy in being a Switch ( read : I like to get stuck in ). I think it is super important that in order to be a good dominant , you must know what it is like to be a submissive . You can ’ t be a good football coach having never been taught how to play football yourself .
When the pandemic hit , I was at a bit of a crossroads . I was disenchanted with the acting industry for various reasons , lost a hospitality job ( an industry I wanted to get out of anyway ), and suddenly had a lot of time on my hands . It was a bit of a lightbulb moment and happened really organically , ( the best things always do ), and I had the support of my partner to explore turning a bit of a passion into a full time thing . I was able to spend time building up a website , what I wanted out of the work and set myself on the trajectory I wanted . I never felt pressured to take on any clients I didn ’ t want to . And that was that really !
