Working long days in the lumber yard and count-
less hours in construction, Nathan Primus delivered
his knowledge and expertise to a myriad of clients.
However, 1 1/2 years ago, Nathan switched gears and
made a career change that would forever transform
his life: consulting. That company happens to be his
father’s franchise, ABC Seamless Siding, Gutters and
Windows, located in the cozy, small-town of Willmar,
Minnesota.
With franchises in the glorious expanse of Alaska,
to the diverse acres of Texas, ABC Seamless specializ-
es in premium seamless steel siding, gutters, windows,
doors, roofing, soffit, fascia and leaf protection.
Nathan’s father, Fritz Primus, purchased his fran-
chise in 2017. However, he’s no rookie to the indus-
try. For roughly 16 years, Fritz was an employee of
ABC Seamless of St. Cloud. As the years progressed,
Fritz’s unwavering customer service remained his top
priority.
Nathan explains the company’s unique approach.
“We’re customer-driven, so if any issues arise, we
get to them right away,” he said. “Customer service
is huge, we treat everybody with respect, teach them
the knowledge we have on the products and industry.
Even if the customer doesn’t return for another year
or two down the line, it’s giving the customer the at-
tention he or she deserves.”
In 2019, with competition at an all-time high, ABC
Seamless deviates from the norm: “The main differ-
ence is our styles and colors — and we’re a seamless
company. We provide the best products that home-
owners need. We provide siding that will last 40 years,
instead of siding that will last 15 years,” Nathan said.

“I am not here to make a sale, I am here to educate
on the products that are out there,” Nathan said. “I
would rather have walk-ins all day long, and show our
products, what we do, and what sets us apart from any
other company around.”
Nathan strongly encourages others to pursue a
career in the field of exterior renovation and restora-
tion. “It’s a career you put your head down and grind
away. Remember, you’re not going to get every sale,
people are going to price check you, and they are will-
ing to purchase something cheaper, than something
more expensive. But, try doing the best you can for
the customer. Match what you offer to what the cus-
tomer needs,” he said.

Nathan described the Willmar community as:
“Friendly. They’re very personable. They want to get
to know you on both a personal and professional lev-
el. Getting to know everybody is one of my favorite
things about working in this area. Getting to know

and WarHawks!”
