In this seminar, high school students( with a caring adult) explore a step-by-step process to discover a personal mission and connect it to possible careers and education paths. Leave with a draft mission and clearer direction for what comes next.

The course invites students into the kitchen to explore international cuisines. We will focus on heat management and the art of balancing spices. Students will learn to create traditional dishes— such as West Africaninspired Jollof rice or savory fusion entrees— emphasizing fresh ingredients and highprotein nutrition.

Youth Self-Defense & Safety Awareness( Ages 4-16)
With Young Americans Schools of Self-Defense
Empower your child with essential self-defense and safety awareness skills. These non-aggressive techniques will teach students how to protect themselves from potential threats and dangerous situations while building self-confidence, physical fitness, and respect for authority. Students have the option to pursue certified belt rank promotions.
