This issue of D Communication Guide will focus on Stakeholder Strategy and SWOT analysis.
This means that you as our reader will learn how to map,
group and manage stakeholders. You will find out that a
proper corporate stakeholder policy must include a conscious
decision about how involved stakeholders should be.
You will be reminded that any decision in a business setting is
based on interconnections which cannot be disregarded.
You will furthermore be led through the process of doing a
SWOT analysis. As this type of analysis is pretty basic for any
business setting it is important that you understand not only
how it is done but also why and when it is implemented.
