CASSIO RISES TO THE OCCASION
We would like to start out this week's issue of cyprUS Weekly by congratulating Cassio being chosen by General Othello to be the new Lieutenant. Although not everyone agrees with the decision. An anonymous source inside the army says, "One Michael Cassio, a Florentine that never set a squadron in the field, nor the division of a battle knows more than a spinster - unless the bookish theoric, wherein the toga'd consuls can propose as masterly as he" (I.i.). Others have taken a liking to Cassio and believe he is the right man for the job. Either way, good luck Cassio!
