The cash flow forecast has
predicted that CWAC will begin
to earn profit straight away. This is
crucial in order for CWAC to give to
the charities. With £1000 start up
fund given by Love Brum and Visit
Birmingham CWAC begin to make
profit within the first month. It is
important to note that CWAC has
kept overhead costs low in order
to keep profits high and allows for
donations to go straight back into
the charities. The largest spend
CWAC has is marketing and ad-
vertisement, however it is important
to invest in large advertisement in
order to attract the consumer to the
new business. Marketing is the most
important part of the campaign to
spread awareness of social issues
and the brand. CWAC will give as
much cash to charity as possible
each quarter, however a £2,000
balance limit will be set in order
for the company to remain. Each
quarter the profits will be reviewed
and then the figures to give to the
charities will be assessed.
