An indirect competitor of CWAC is the #iwill campaign. The aim of
the campaign is too “promote social action among 10-20 year olds.
This includes activities such as campaigning, fundraising and
volunteering” (#iwill,2018). This campaign urges young people to
get involved with helping the community, similar to CWAC
donating to local charities in order to create a better Birmingham
and socially aware city. The #iwill campaign is an indirect
competitor as consumers cannot donate to the charity, also this
campaign is on a national level meaning it does not affect
Birmingham directly.
