Within the website, consumers can become member of CWAC for a fee of £5 a month which will have benefits such as 10% discount off the coffee shops. A free magazine will also be created online and a printed version in the coffee shops. This will provide helplines, stories, news about Birmingham and charities to get in touch with. CWAC will also use events as part of their marketing strategy. This provides an experience for the consumers and will engage them with the brand. This stems from a meeting with Craig Bush who said, “holding events will give people something to talk about and will leave a lasting legacy”. See appendix 7 for 4 P’s analysis. 18
