The Ton y Felin development is a 4.2 acre greenfield site that will support Caerphilly Council to provide more affordable homes in the area and meet high housing demand in the wider borough .
Plans for homes were originally given the go-ahead by Caerphilly Council back in 2020 .
The homes will be completed on site with contractor M & J Cosgrove , one of South Wales ’ leading construction contractors .
