Their development at Pobl ’ s Ton y Felin will include onebedroom apartments , two and three-bedroom homes and will be a mix of detached , semi-detached , and terraced twostorey properties .
Some of the homes will be available for social rent and others for shared ownership and outright market sale to suit a range of potential buyers .
The site will also include a play area and a large public open space .
Celtic Offsite will manufacture the timber frame structures for the homes , with fitted insulation and windows , from its new factory in Caerphilly .
