The three separate podiums and infills between the base of the buildings will contain the commercial space and residential services .

The other site will see the construction of three large blocks , ranging from nine to 17 storeys in height .
The project advanced in January with the removal of two cranes . The entire operation took three days to carry out , leaving only one crane standing out of the initial five .
Following the cranes ’ removal , the project recently saw the successful handover of six buildings , totalling 228 apartments , marking a significant milestone in the delivery of this flagship Build To Rent development .
Residents are already enjoying the perks of this vibrant neighbourhood as they settle into their new homes , complete with amenities including a 25m outdoor swimming pool , a yoga studio , co-working spaces and roof terraces .
Four more buildings will be successfully handed over in coming weeks , with overall completion targeted for July 2024 .
