The project at Smugglers Way , located in Wandsworth , London , is a flagship Build to Rent development on the site of a former B & Q store , which is an area currently undergoing rapid regeneration .
The 1.41 ha site is situated along Swandon Way , the main transport artery through South West London and 350 metres from Wandsworth Town rail station .
The new build construction will see the creation of 554 build to rent and affordable apartments across 13 blocks with three podiums and ranging in height between 8 and 16 storeys .
Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and Home Quality Mark 4 , the apartments will have dual or treble aspect , with communal roof gardens and external courtyard amenity space at the first floor .
