couldn’t be happier to have the opportunity to share with
you the knowledge we have gained working in the customer
relationship management industry. Working with hundreds of
companies over my 20-year career, I have seen where things
go right, and I have seen where things can go very wrong. I want
to share that knowledge with all of you—customers, potential
customers, and anyone who picked up this magazine—to help
you avoid those same pitfalls and run through things the right
way the first time.
