that identifies current problem areas as well places for
potential growth. Don’t be worried about solving the problems
and getting lost in the minutiae of the moment.
Forms are the primary means through which information will
be viewed and entered into Handle 2.0. A given form has five
aspects:
• Details - including fields with specific types of
information
• Status - outlining the overarching status of the form (ex:
active, closed, won, lost, etc.)
• Stage - describing where the form is in the process
(booked, proposal, delivered, etc.).
• Permissions - describing who can do what to the form
(ex: who can approve things, who can add pricing, who
can close the form, etc.)
• Collaboration - which allows different people to work on
the form and track what is being done as well as sending
notifications
Our automation engine gives you the ability to eliminate
anything that doesn’t have to be done manually. Save
not only time but also employees’ energy. This could be
anything from sending an automatic reminder to a sales
representative to call a lead or customer to following up
on a quote. There are many uses for automation, but it is
ultimately meant to ensure that nothing is slipping through
the cracks internally.
Once potential points for automation have been
identified, it’s important to next think about Targets.
Targets consist of proactive contacts that exist outside
the buying cycle. Put more simply, Targeting is the
process of using the data you have (or external data via
an import tool) to target specific sets of customers and
or prospects. Use our advanced search tool to create lists
based on purchase history, segmentation or a combination
of criteria to mass-create follow-ups for team members
and monitor the success of your campaigns.
