WORKOUT PHILOSOPHY:

My occupation as a model calls for it(working out). Models are the status quo so we must look out best. Fit & healthy is the goal. But overall as a person I want to be around for a long time to live out my purpose, so I try to live a balanced lifestyle.

My goal is always to tone my body, especially the thighs & arms, trim the waist and raise my endurance level so I'm not easily tired or out of breath. I am always thoughtful to try to avoid high blood pressure or cholesterol and maintain a strong heart rate.

I go for 3 days a week so usually every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Saturdays are a bonus if I push myself out the bed. I commit to a hour to hour half on those days. The rest is all in my diet. I try to do low carb or just moderation with the bad stuff and drink loads of water.

I do classes like TRX to keep it interesting or occasionally I will put on a good playlist at home & dance for a hour to my favorite songs! Also there's some great trainers I find on social media who offer different boot camp classes or dance so I try those.
