since is not very common for the software to find out the malfunction of a device.
Discard hardware problems by replacing the parts with spares.

Tip: To discard or to find a configuration issue it is useful to start from zero and
reconfigure the specific problem.
Put your configuration into default settings and add one by one the commands in order
to check after each command the behavior of the router to check if an specific setting is
