The Season Is Over ??

We look back at the 2015 / 2016 season and we get to remember the fun , the quality of the programs , the money we raised for the arts . With members like ours we consider ourselves very lucky . Our members supported our programs by selling out 9 scheduled events , that is fantastic !
Friends of the Cultural Arts ( FCA ) has many diverse programs ( something for everyone ) we will be able to give back to the Arts Community to the tune of $ 35 thousand dollars in donations and scholarships , that is what FCA is about . We gave to Broward ' s SEAS Children ' s Program , Miami City Ballet , Broward ' s Library Foundation , Miracle Children ' s Workshop and so much more .
Beside the fact that we seem to be “ a little expensive ” for some , they do not look at the difference we make in peoples lives and that is why this organization was founded . Anything good is going to cost a little more , however it is worth it to see the look on our recipients faces .
At a meeting with Pompano Beach Cultural Center ( requested by them ) we are finding that Friends of the Cultural Arts is still , after all these years , the Only organization in Broward county to monetarily , emotionally , and physically give back to our arts community and we thank our members for caring . Giving people , especially children , Hope and Goals is what we do !!
Yes , the season is ALMOST over . However , we still have “ Beautiful ” at the Broward is May 15th , 2016 , again Sold Out !
A reminder , membership applications will be going out July , as always , we hope you all re-join , bring your friends and family , upgrade your memberships and get more benefits , get more involved . We have about 200 members with many new joining last year , Keep Up The Good Work ! Many have taken on events and brought in new ideas , we Thank you all !!
