Wallpaper Removal Update on New Florida Laws For
2019/2020
Free Estimate! In a previous article, I discussed new laws that
passed the Florida Legislature and were signed by
Governor DeSantis. The previous article discussed
the anti-semitism bill which requires that discrimina-
tion against Jewish people be
treated the same as acts of racial
discrimination in public schools.
Anti-semitism is defined in the bill
as including speech that makes
dehumanizing or sterotypical alle-
gations about the Jewish commu-
nity, expresses hatred for Jews,
calls for killing or harming of a
Jewish person, criticizes the col-
lective power of the Jewish com-
munity or accuses Jewish people
or Israel of inventing or exagger-
ating the Holocaust.

The previous article also dis-
cussed a bill that could eventually
allow Floridians to gain access to
cheaper Canadian prescription
drugs; however, this bill cannot
take effect without approval from
the federal government, which
has yet to authorize similar laws
