At first , I would like thank everyone who supported and helped to spread the cause of CUMUNA all the way . From the very beginning , CUMUNA dreamt of creating an intellectual community in Chittagong University as well as whole of Chittagong at initial phase . And I believe , we are slowly moving towards our goal .
We successfully organized CUMUN 2015 , the first ever MUN conference at Chittagong , which was much acclaimed and appreciated . All of these are the fruits of our hard work and this time with the hype of anticipation from the MUN enthusiast from home and abroad we are organizing CUMUN 2016 . I believe , with our hard-work and sheer determination we will be able to give the participants a much more grand and ecstatic event . With these few notes , I would like to welcome you all to CUMUN 2016 .

First of all , my loud and cheerful congratulation goes to every single person related with CUMUN ’ 16 as well as CUMUNA . I , myself feel proud to be an executive member of this very legend and enthusiastic organization from the very beginning of its journey .
Since embarking its ’ journey from 31st March 2014 , CUMUNA is not only a platform to uphold the aptitudes of the students , to showcase the skills and to volunteer for the betterment of the students but rather an organization where the unique strength of togetherness and a family like bonding among the members help to rediscover the latent talent , to be the enlightened leader of tomorrow .
My immense congratulations go to the delegates for joining the army of diplomats . I , along with my officers tried our best to make this event successful . So , welcome you all to the kingdom of green , Chittagong University , the only university of the world which has the shuttle train .
