GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESS
At Beckwood , we treat each other like family . We may not always agree , but we give each other respect and courtesy in every interaction . Here are a few guidelines to help you fit in with the cool kids at the lunch table :
• Follow all company policies .
• Use company resources responsibly .
• Be responsible and honest , show up when expected , do the work , admit to and learn from your mistakes .
• Be accountable .
• Respect everyone .
• Always do your job safely , and use Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE ) whenever necessary .
• Maintain a safe workplace free of violence and bullying .
• Don ’ t be a jerk .
• Don ’ t harass anyone for any reason .
• Don ’ t discriminate .
We take these rules and policies seriously , and management will take necessary action to remedy any violations . Comprehensive descriptions of our policies and procedures can be found in the Employee Handbook on our intranet system .
BUSINESS HOURS
We believe a flexible work environment improves the quality of our work and personal effectiveness of our employees . We try to be as flexible as we can within a manufacturing environment while meeting production schedules and customer needs .
Production hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm , and office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm . Depending on your job responsibilities , you may have more flexibility with your hours than others . Inquiries regarding workplace flexibility options should be discussed with your direct supervisor .
