The Story Behind the
TOWER of PISA
Michela De Lisio, Daria

Nicola Montesanto
Many years ago, there
was a noble Italian family,
who had left a big and
beautiful tower to their
son Enrico, the king of
Pisa, one of the most
important city in Italy for
its cultural heritage.
Enrico was loved and
respected by all the
citizens: in fact everything
he did was for the good of
the people.
But someone hated him:
his cousin Giovanni. He
was very envious of the
position of Enrico: in fact,
unlike his cousin, Giovanni
wasn’t very rich and all
people hated him because
of his physical aspect: he
was so tall and big that
people called him ‘The
Giant of Pisa’.
