EASTER CAKE

220g sugar
125g butter
125g margarine
1 package of vanilla sugar
170g flour
80g potato flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
5 eggs
20g cocoa
some grated peel
Icing:
- 20ml water
- juice squeezed out of ½ lemon
- powdered sugar
Method:
1. Heat oven to 180°C.
2. Butter, margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar beat together into a cremy mass. Next,
still whisking add eggs slowly.
3. Add sifted flour, potato flour and baking powder into the mass obtained and mix
gently.
4. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add cocoa to the first one, and the grated orange
peel to the other.
5. Mold for the dough smear with butter and sprinkle with flour. The resoulting
dough is poured into the mold alternately with layers.
6. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes. Next, decorate with powdered sugar or
icing.
Icing:
Mix water and lemon juice and then while stirring, add powdered sugar. Until get the
desired consistency of the topping.
