PASTRY CHEF

Our Pastry Chefs play a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests . Within this position , the ability to lead baking and pastry operations is crucial . Our Pastry Chefs make cakes , breads , pies , cookies , creams , tarts , and mousses . Pastry Chefs must be able to scale recipe ingredients and convert baking percentages .
This role demands the highest degree of cleanliness and a dedication to food safety . Responsibilities extend beyond dessert and include breakfast pastries , hors d ’ oeuvres , and involvement in plating entrées at dinner .
RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees creativity and prepares all desserts , bread , pastries , cookies , etc . required for the vessel each day .
Schedules production of all baked goods to maintain an inventory of fresh baked goods at all times .
Prepares items in accordance with established procedures , recipes , portion size , and presentation standards .
