LINE & LEAD LINE COOKS
Line and Lead Line Cooks are involved in all aspects of food production , including breakfast , lunch , and dinner . Our Cooks work closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure that the kitchen operations run smoothly and that the service provided to our guests is flawless .

Work directly with the Executive Chef to produce diversified meals for our guests and crew .
Commitment to controlling inventory and minimizing food waste by utilizing standardized recipes .
Adheres to the strict food safety and sanitation policies within the galley .
Provides gracious hospitality to the guests and crew alike while being safe , courteous , professional , and efficient .
